Single rooms come at an additional cost and are first-come, first served.
Up to two additional nights before and two additional nights after the trip dates can be requested but are not guaranteed.
You should begin the visa process in December, and it is advised you apply no later than 15 December for your visa.
To apply, please ensure you have all required documents ready.
You should arrive on DATE and can leave from DATE.
This module fee is a mandatory student contribution to attend this module.
This cost does not include: single rooms, personal spending, or additional nights in-country. Please plan on additional spending to meet these costs.

This fee is an optional cost and is in addition to the module fee.
This cost is a supplementary cost to the module fee payment if you would like a single room. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 10 places.

If you are facing financial challenges that specifically prevent you from accessing events or global experiences specifically related to Imperial Business School, then you can apply for a subsidy from the Student Life Experience Fund.
There is only one review date for MSc Global Trips: 20 October 2025 (09:00 BST).
You must apply by this deadline in order to be eligible for the Student Life Experience Fund for MSc Global Trips. You cannot make retroactive applications after this date.
Please note - Students can receive support for one global activity per academic programme (i.e., one Global Trip or one exchange experience)
You may be eligible if:
- You are currently enrolled at Imperial Business School.
- You are facing financial challenges, meaning that after covering essential expenses (e.g. rent, food, utilities), it is difficult to afford participation in Business School events or global experiences.
- You are experiencing hardship, such as struggling to meet day-to-day costs (e.g. food, rent, travel) and therefore cannot participate in a Business School event or global trip.
- You can provide clear evidence of financial need, such as a recent bank statement.
Global Trips
- Support towards the Module Fee Payment for eligible global trips (please note that approximately 70% of each trip is already subsidised by Imperial Business School).
- Applications are assessed case-by-case, and limited funding is available per trip.
