Congratulations, you’ve been allocated to Global Business Challenge Ghana in Accra, 7 – 14 February!

Next steps

  • View your dedicated trip website: https://ibconnect.imperial.ac.uk/2026gbcgha/
  • Make payment for the module, which has been confirmed as £544 no later than [17 November 2025] at 12:00 GMT. Kindly note that we will be unable to answer any emails over the weekend of 15-16 November.
    • You may be eligible for the Student Life Experience Fund, which requires a separate application by 27 October 2025. Further details below.
  • Begin looking for a visa, if required.
  • Begin looking for flights to Accra. You should arrive by Saturday, 7 February. You can depart Accra from 11:00 on Saturday, 14 February.
    • To accommodate the optional cultural activities, we have secured an additional night at the hotel on Saturday, 7 February at no additional cost to.
  • Consider whether you'd like a single room at an additional cost, to be paid on IB Connect. There are limited numbers of single rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Changing modules

If you have been allocated a module that you wish to change or drop, you must complete the module change request form.

Module Change Request form

No changes to module allocations will be reviewed until 29 October, at the earliest. Requests will be reviewed on a weekly basis. You can expect an update on the following dates:

  • 30 October 2025
  • 6 November 2025
  • 13 November 2025

Please note that the Student Life team will not respond to any module change requests by email. This form must be completed to request a module switch or a module drop.

Student Life Experience Fund

If you are facing financial challenges that specifically prevent you from accessing events or global experiences specifically related to Imperial Business School, then you can apply for a subsidy from the Student Life Experience Fund.

There is only one review date for MSc Global Trips: 27 October 2025 (09:00 BST).

You must apply by this deadline in order to be eligible for the Student Life Experience Fund for MSc Global Trips. You cannot make retroactive applications after this date.
