Daily Update 4: The (Dubai) Future Awaits


Thank you for being part of another insightful day in Dubai! It was great that so many of you were engaging in the talks and asking noteworthy questions about the companies and projects, as well as connecting these to your own personal journeys and aspirations.

We particularly enjoyed the Jacobs presentation and hope you did too. To have so many members of their organisation take the time to join us today was a real privilege, and we were pleased to see you make the most of it.

WEDNESDAY 29 MARCH - Key times and locations


MORNING

From 07:00 – Breakfast served at Cleo Restaurant (ground floor of hotel)

09:15 – Meet in the hotel lobby and depart by coach for morning meetings

10:15-11:00 – Dubai Future Foundation: Imagining, Inspiring & Designing the Future

11:00-12:00 – Global Ventures VC: UAE Start-Up Ecosystem

12:00 – Depart by coach for lunch on own account – suggestions to be provided

13:30 – Regroup and return to the hotel by coach


AFTERNOON

14:15 – Gather at the Grand Ballroom (2nd floor of hotel)

14:30-15:45 – Uber: Uber in the Middle East, building the super-app of the future

15:45-16:00 – Coffee break

16:00-17:00 – Misha Mittal: Smart Urban Planning

17:00-17:30 – Mid-trip debrief (led by Rajesh Bhargave)

17:30 – Rest of afternoon and evening free
