Group Visa Appointments

This email is only applicable to students who have passports from one of the following countries:
Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, S. Korea, Egypt, Georgia, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Krygyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, PRC (China), Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, S. Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yemen.
 

We have arranged a group account with CIBT to secure group visa appointments for Singapore. Instructions can be found below to apply for TOURIST visa.

 

  1. Open the link: Omnia.cibtvisas.com, and complete the fields accordingly.
  2. Click the red tab “confirm and apply”
  3. This will redirect to the next page to the application page. Scroll down for any relevant information
  4. If a visa is required then click on “Get my entry documents” which will take them to the next page to complete.
  5. Once all the fields have been completed, an Order number will be generated (this is their application reference).

  6. A consultant will then pick this up and liaise with them directly.

Example:
 Our account manager is Annie Ruchpaul <Annie.Ruchpaul@uk.cibt.com> if you get stuck, but you will have a visa consultant supporting you through the process after you have submitted document.

You will be asked to pay for this service, the price is different depending on your nationality. Please pay with your own bank details and we will reimburse you, keep a copy of the receipt.
