That concludes our digital insights day today. Thank you for being patient with the technical issues we epxerienced in the Petropolis room.

Special thanks to our student hosts: Vallabha and Saheela, and especially to Mike for stepping in last minute to host. 

 

 

Itinerary Notes

Wednesday morning:
We are leaving the hotel tomorrow hosted by a local incubator and returning to the hotel after lunch. The tables will be turned and you will hear a pitch from one of 8 start-ups at the incubator. Since we will be splitting into GEW groups, attendance is more important as reduced numbers will be much more noticable. 

Wednesday lunch:
Lunch is a little later than normal and 1.5 hours.
We will be in a different location so speak to the Austral team for guidance on recommended locations. If you're thinking of a lighter or quick lunch, try one of Rio's popular Acai cafes or corner juice shops.
 

Flamengo Football Match + Thursday start 

Firstly, great job in getting tickets to the Flamengo football match, I'm sure it will be a fantastic way to experience Maracana stadium in full glory. 

I want to remind you that we are departing at 8AM on Thursday morning to a roundtable on sports marketing hearing from the Exec Director at the Brazilian Football Federation. We expect correlated interests and therefore for you to be ready bright and early on Thursday morning. 
 

Friday Electives

On Friday morning - you get to choose which company you want to visit from a choice of three. If you miss the sign up deadline, I will randomly allocate you to a company.

Museum of Tomorrow on Tuesday

Students who joined the Museum of Tomorrow this afternoon will get their ticket price reimbursed as the museum tickets were free! Hope you enjoyed the afternoon
