Karibu San Welcome to Nairobi!
Hope you all had a safe journey and settled into the hotel.

Breakfast will be available from Harvest restaurant on the third floor from 6AM. There will be grab and go boxes and takeaway cups
For the Mount Kenya Hike, please congregate in the lobby 0600AM to board the bus. Remember to bring water.
Please congregate in the lobby at 0630AM to board the jeeps for the safari. Jeeps can accommodate 6-7 students so form groups on arrival.
Lunch for safari will be include
For all students, we will be meeting for the Welcome Reception at Hero Bar around 1900 on the 9th floor of the Trademark. A light dinner (sharing platters) will be provided along with a selection of beverages.

Our Monday morning introduction briefing will be slightly longer so we can cover the risk mitigation surrounding the civil unrest in Nairobi.

Start your adventure early with a scenic drive from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingos, rhinos, and breath taking landscapes. Enjoy a thrilling game drive, spotting lions, buffaloes, giraffes, and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. Visit Baboon Cliff for panoramic views before heading to a lakeside lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Lake Naivasha for a relaxing boat safari among hippos and diverse birdlife. Visit Crescent Island for a guided walking safari with zebras and antelopes. As the sun sets, return to Nairobi, ending an unforgettable day immersed in Kenya’s stunning wildlife and natural beauty.

Description
Start your day early with a drive to Mount Kenya, Africa’s second-highest
peak. Hike through lush forests, spotting wildlife like colobus monkeys and
diverse bird species. Enjoy breathtaking views and crisp mountain air.
Stop for lunch at a scenic lodge before descending. Return to Nairobi in
the evening, refreshed by nature’s beauty and adventure.

Includes: Transport, Guide, Park fee, Water, Lunch
