When meeting speakers, the attire expectations are business casual wear (button downs, slacks, tie and jacket optional). You may wish to dress more formally, but a suit is not required. Please note that trainers, shorts, and flip flops are not appropriate for client meetings.

We are also continuing our partnership with Profs Who Fly, an Imperial initiative begun by Professor Jem Woods in the Faculty of Natural Sciences. This carbon offsetting initiative is part of our sustainability suite of activities to encourage responsible travel.
