We aim to create a thriving community inclusive of Black British, Caribbean, Black African, Mixed, or multiple ethnic groups and supporters of the Black community.

• We hope to support Black students in reaching their career goals by facilitating events that help students build their networks and expand on pre-existing expertise.
• We hope to create a space for discourse around Black people's experience in working environments, asking the tough questions, advocating for inclusivity and representation, and informing the greater student body on topics related to institutional and systemic racism in corporate environments.

In 23/24, we were lucky enough to work with 6 startups at Imperial, and are planning on working with many more in the future!
