About Us

What The Tech?! (WTT?!) is a tech support programme for any residents aged 50+ living in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We want our communities to be digitally inclusive and our sessions aim to uplift digital confidence, so everyone feels connected.

Founded by the Community Engagement Team and Imperial Business School in 2020, WTT?! was established to support residents with their digital literacy and to tackle social isolation and feelings of loneliness.

WTT?! volunteers are friendly faces that will greet and help residents who join the sessions. Coming in with a range of basic tech queries, we’ll teach these residents how to use their devices (laptops, mobile phones, tablets) and help to improve their digital literacy so that they can stay connected.
