    AIG Travel Assistance for pre travel information as well as pre programmed access to insurers 24 hour helpline. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You need to enter the Policy number 0010016145 as part of the registration process.

    Please download the certificate and Emergency Assistance Contact card from the above website. We recommend sharing this with your emergency contact so they have it ready to hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much money should I bring?

    Accommodation, and some meals (breakfast, and 2x dinners) are provided on the module. You will need to bring enough money to cover the remaining meals and small expenses like tipping the driver. We recommend £35 per person per day as a guide for meals but this does not include alcoholic drinks, taxis or souvenirs.

  • I can no longer attend, what should I do?

    Please contact us and your programme team, late cancellations may result in a fee.

  • What should I wear/dress code?

    Please bring business casual clothes for all company visits; in warm countries for men, you may wish to use a lightweight linen jacket, or just a smart shirt and trousers. Shorts and sandals are not permitted.
